If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, please give us 24 hours' notice. For NEW PATIENTS, we ask for a 48-hour cancellation notice and rescheduling. Thank you!
Arrival Policy:
For NEW PATIENTS: Please arrive for your first appointment 15 minutes before the start time, as you will need to fill in a form before you see the Chiropractor. (This is only for patients who have not completed the Form Online.)
For existing patients, please arrive on time, or ideally 5 minutes before. Otherwise, your appointment may have to be cut short to see patients who did arrive on time.
Cancellation Policy:
- Charge for less than 24 hours cancellation or 'no show' - the total price of the appointment
- Charge for cancellation or 'no show' in exceptional or unavoidable circumstances will be at the discretion of the Clinic Manager.

X-Ray Protocol:
We ask that you remove any jewellery and metals from your body and clothing for X-rays. If an X-ray is needed, it is within your interest to ensure your Images are clearly visible without any artefacts, as this can potentially lead to a misdiagnosis. So please ensure you have worn clothing that does not have metal attachments and leave jewellery at home, as it will have to be removed for the X-ray procedure. Our X-rays are only taken at our Tamworth branch. Thank you for understanding.
